Sturdykit builds apps for the Atlassian Marketplace. This policy covers our apps and this website. The short version: we run no servers, so your data never reaches us.

Our apps

Sturdykit apps are built on Atlassian Forge and run entirely inside Atlassian's infrastructure:

• We operate no servers of our own. Nothing your team enters into an app is transmitted to Sturdykit — we have no copy, and no technical way of obtaining one.
• Apps store only their own content (for Solid Glossary: glossary terms, definitions, labels, import history, and role assignments) in Forge storage on your own Atlassian site. This data stays within Atlassian's infrastructure and follows Atlassian's data-handling policies and lifecycle, including on uninstall.
• No analytics, no tracking, no third-party services are embedded in our apps.
• Each app's listing states the exact permissions it requests. Solid Glossary requests one: storage for its own data. It cannot read or write your pages.

This website

Static pages. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no forms. Our hosting provider may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to serve the pages.

Support email

If you email us, we receive what you send — your address and your message — and use it only to answer you. Mail is handled by our email provider and kept no longer than support requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you — for most people that is at most a support-email thread. Write to contact@sturdykit.com. Note that data inside your Atlassian site is controlled by your organisation and Atlassian, not by us.
